It is the policy of the Railway Regulatory Authority of Kosovo (RRA) to establish, implement and maintain a quality management system within the organization, through which ensures the full realization of RRA duties, in order to guarantee a secure and competitive railway environment in The Republic of Kosovo.
For us, the users of our services are very important, therefore, we strive to provide quality services, measuring their satisfaction, by continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our work, monitoring our performance against the objectives set and promotes the involvement of workers in all work processes.
It is the obligation of our management and each employee in RRA to comply at all times with applicable legislation and documented work procedures, described in the quality manual and other related documents. The RRA’s management is committed to continuous improvement of provided services, by improving infrastructure and use of new technologies and by reviewing constantly its constantly policy (at least once a year).
